Man Falsely Accused of Rape Sues Police for MASSIVE Cover Up of His Innocence
False rape accusations are as common in this post-feminist era as blue-armpit hair. Jury's out on which is worse (see Rape Culture? Woman Fakes Rape, Kidnapping to Con Boyfriend and Crazed Woman Falsely Accuses Soldier of Rape. It Backfires BIG Time...). Here's yet another false rape accusation from across the pond. Liam Allan was falsely accused of rape by some anonymous campus crazy. Which is bad enough. But somehow it gets even worse:
A student cleared of rape is suing police after they hid texts proving his innocence.
Liam Allan, 22, said he lived in "a terrible limbo" of two years on bail as police sat on 40,000 messages from his accuser, who alleged 12 sex attacks.
He had faced 20 years in jail if guilty.
This poor sap lost two years of his life to a pile of lies. British police did more than twiddle their thumbs. They sat on vital evidence that would undeniably clear his name. Didn't seem relevant at the time? Or were they purposefully not including the evidence of his innocence?
It was only when prosecutor Jerry Hayes demanded to see them and passed them to the defence the case unravelled and was stopped by the judge on Thursday.
In the texts, the alleged victim asked for more sex after the attack was said to have taken place. And one of the messages irrefutably cleared Mr Allan.
Sent to a female friend during a discussion on her sexual experiences with Mr Allan on September 2015, before she had made a complaint, the accuser said: 'It wasn't against my will or anything.'
Hardly a ringing endorsement of Mr. Allan's sexual prowess. But nor is it rape. "It wasn't against my will or anything" means zero vaginal thievery. Doesn't matter what "anything" here means.
This a straightforward case. Or so a person with more intellectual ability than the police in this case, would believe. The police had access to proof establishing Allan's innocence. Yet the case took years to unfold. Why, when thousands of incriminating messages were lying around? Evidence of his innocence was more plentiful than pussy hats.
Makes you wonder about the police's motive here. British cops have embraced third-wave, feminist crazy like a furry at a Chewbacca convention-- SEXISM: 'Misogyny' Now a Hate Crime in the UK. Man-Hating Perfectly Fine... and UK Police Now Deem Staring at Woman’s Breasts a 'Hate Crime.' Yes, Really...
It may still be too early to tell, but this disaster has "feminism" written all over it.
