Leftists tell us no bail is a good thing because that will fix racism or whatever.

However, you either have to be extremely ignorant/stupid, or absolutely evil to promote that lie.

They keep trying to gaslight us and tell us not to worry. Only people who jaywalk will be let out.

Well, anyone with half a brain knows that is complete crap.

A woman beat a man with a metal pole, skipped a prior court date, and was released from jail without having to post bail. According to reports, she was deemed a “moderate risk” as it was shown she had not failed to appear at any court date within the past two years.

But that was also a lie because the crazy woman, Vanessa Harvey, had missed a court date in 2020 relating to a charge of battery after she beat a 7-year-old child. But you know, beating a child is only a “moderate” risk to public safety.

She then killed a mother of eight with a metal pole after she was released back into the wild.

Wow, shocker.

Even if she really was deemed “moderate” that is still a big risk and she definitely should not be released into the public. I definitely do not want to be around people who contribute a “moderate” risk to my safety.

Someone who beats another individual with a metal pole is obviously a very dangerous and sick person. Someone who beats a child is also obviously a very dangerous and sick person. And when you do both, you should never be let out of jail. Ever.

But they did let her out. And she beat two more people with a metal pole. You know, because that is what “moderately” risky people do.

A couple of weeks later, Machina Goodjoint was walking around her neighborhood when she and another man who has not been named were attacked by a woman wielding a metal pole. Police body cam footage showed officers found Goodjoint near a sidewalk with a massive head wound, according to KLAS. The officer thought she had been shot in the face due to the severity of her injuries.

Harvey pleaded guilty earlier this year to a charge of voluntary manslaughter in the death of Goodjoint. The man survived the beating.

How can you let someone out who attempted to kill someone, and not expect them to do it again?

Well, Las Vegas Justice Court Judge Diana Sullivan released her without bail, because she “acted in self-defense.”

What is with progressives defending the most evil people in our society? It honestly seems they get enjoyment out of it.

“My baby walked around, even though she didn’t have much herself, she walked around, she fed her people on the streets,” Rozlyn Byron, Goodjoint’s aunt, told KLAS.

Byron said Goodjoint had previously helped Harvey by giving her meals.

Several minutes after police officers found the victims, they located Harvey with a bloody metal pole right by her side.

“We’ve got a pole over here and there’s blood on it,” the officer says in the video.

“Are you hurt?” one officer asks Harvey, assuming she may also be a victim.

“No, she’s got the pole, dude,” another officer says as he realizes she is in possession of the murder weapon.

Harvey will be eligible for parole in 2025. Even though she killed an innocent person. And will probably do something like this again.

If the justice system was fair, she would get the death penalty.

It really makes no sense why they don't just throw away the key in cases like this. It seems there are a lot of people actively trying to get her back out into the public as if she is some victim in all this.

This death was preventable, had the judge kept her in jail. But they let her out. Probably because of white privilege or something.

I guess this case is just nothing more than a metal assault pole. And if anyone is to blame, it was the manufacturer's fault for making it that easy to beat somebody to death with it.

All jokes aside, it is clear that progressive priorities promote chaos. No cash bail creates lawlessness and it does not take a genius to figure that out.
