Halloween was yesterday. And while many were out trick-or-treating with their kiddos or clinging desperately to a scintilla of childish whimsy by dressing up and partying, others were deciding to illustrate for us that the entire world is broken, not just the U.S.

On Oct 31, a Japanese man dressed as the dark knight's archnemesis the Joker decided it was a good time to ruin some lives, jumping on a train in Tokyo and proceeding to stab everyone he could. After getting his fill of spilling blood, he then threw acid on passengers and lighted the train on fire!

The police arrived on the scene to the psychopath sitting calmly on the train, smoking a cigarette without a care in the world. He managed to injure seventeen people.

I can't help but think this is just s symptom of the larger mental disease modern society is suffering from.

I'm not blaming movies, video games, or anything like that. We all watch movies, many of us play video games. This is a severe mental illness, and it's a far more dire issue than all those the left rants about.
