Halle Berry speaks out against Gavin Newsome.
"That's okay, because he's not going to be governor forever, and the way he has overlooked women—half the population—by devaluing us, he probably should not be our next president either. Just saying." pic.twitter.com/Q4xvLu8Cx7

More often than not, celebrities say asinine things about politics when no one could care less about their irrelevant opinions. This is not that, as Halle Berry said it how it is, and we are all here for it.
Berry slammed California Gov. Gavin Newsom, claiming he does not care about women and should probably not “be our next president.”
According to the New York Post:
“At this stage in my life, I have zero f–ks left to give,” Berry said in remarks at the Dealbook Summit before taking aim at the Democratic governor, according to the Hollywood Reporter.
“Back in my great state of California, my very own governor, Gavin Newsom, has vetoed our menopause bill, not one, but two years in a row,” the “Catwoman” star continued. “But that’s OK, because he’s not going to be governor forever, and the way he has overlooked women, half the population, by devaluing us, he probably should not be our next president either. Just saying.”
The jab at Newsom, who spoke at the same summit after Berry, reportedly drew gasps from the crowd at Lincoln Center in New York City.
Well, it’s unsurprising that she thinks Newsom is not in it for women’s rights. This is the governor of one of the biggest and most populous states in the country, and he actively does all he can to give special rights at the expense of women’s rights to a tiny fraction of the population.
According to Cleveland:
Berry spoke at the DealBook Summit in New York, and singled out the governor’s decision to reject the Menopause Care Equity Act (AB 432) for a second year in a row.
The bill directs the National Institutes of Health to conduct a comprehensive review of all existing and ongoing research on menopause, perimenopause and midlife women’s health.
It requires the NIH to identify research gaps, especially around treatments, safety and effectiveness, and to report how much federal funding has been dedicated to this area over the past five years. Within six months of enactment, the NIH must submit a strategic plan to Congress outlining how to close those gaps and guide future research in collaboration with specialists in fields such as gynecology, endocrinology and cardiology.
You know, maybe, just maybe, if he stopped giving free healthcare to foreign nationals, we could focus more on women’s reproductive healthcare. But again, he couldn’t care less about the majority of Americans, so long as no human is illegal and special trans rights are granted under the fake guise of inclusivity.
In October, Newsom signed legislation that would explore ways the state needs to regulate youth sports, regardless of gender identity. This is just the millionth way he trashes women’s rights.
So, while the left can pretend they are all in it to stick it to the patriarchy, actions speak louder than words. They are not fooling anyone, and to call Berry accurate in her assertions would be an understatement.
