The Biden-Harris Department of Justice is suing the State of Virginia over the governor's executive order requiring the removal of non-citizens from voter rolls. Today’s show breaks this down.

Virginia has barred non-citizens from voter rolls since 2006. The Department of Justice decided less than one month before the presidential election that this was a problem, even though these “non-citizens” self-identify as such.

CBS thought the most ethical thing to do was “fact check” Trump as if he’s the problem.

According to CBS:

Former President Donald Trump claimed Monday that the Department of Justice was attempting to help Democrats "cheat" on the election by trying to add "illegal voters" to voter rolls in Virginia.

"One of the Greatest Examples of DOJ Weaponization is the fact that they are suing Virginia to put ALL of the Illegal Voters, which were fully exposed and removed by the important work of Governor Glenn Youngkin, back on the Voter Rolls. Obviously, this was done so that they can CHEAT on the Election," Trump wrote on social media.

David Becker, executive director of the Center of Election Innovation and Research and CBS News election law contributor, said the Justice Department is enforcing a deadline for voter roll maintenance that election officials have followed for about 30 years.

According to this checking of “facts,” CBS claims that “fraud by noncitizens is very rare, experts have found, and there's no evidence of widespread noncitizen voting in previous elections.”

However, it’s unclear how this is a “fact check” because no facts were checked and it’s unclear who is checking them.

“That’s not a fact check of what Donald Trump is saying,” Crowder said. “You can’t find evidence if when evidence is already found the DOJ sues to suppress that evidence.”

CBS also edited Mike Johnson's answer in an interview to help promote the leftist narrative.

“Why is the DOJ so dead-set that non-citizens stay on the voting roll?” Crowder added.

The left claims it’s illegal for non-citizens to vote and that this means there is nothing to be proactive about.

“Every single vote that takes place that shouldn't erase an American vote,” Crowder said.
