Sure, Bill Nye is as much a "science" guy as fact checkers "check" "facts," but this is what the left does. Can't win an argument, call in a celebrity. Still can't win the argument? Call in a wannabe celebrity who's also a wannabe scientist. Nye is to Cooling Global Change Climate what Samantha Bee is to totally unbiased news...

I mean, this is when leftists discuss this in general, but goes double for Sanders and Nye...

Maybe that gif is slightly inappropriate. Not sure. But it sure seems like that's what both Nye and Sanders were doing to themselves. And each other. Also, anyone who actually thinks man is entirely responsible for altering the weather of the climate.

To channel my inner Ted Cruz here, "I'd like to note" that science has no place in politics. So having a sit down in red chairs with a politician, who's as unbiased as a fruit tart (and just as intelligent), lecturing the American people about how dastardly dangerous this global warming thing is? Wrong. Just as wrong as Nye's bowtie, but let's stick to the "science" here. Neither Nye nor Sanders offered actual facts, numbers, or reason. It What Nye instead offered was panic, blame, and hyperbole. That's not science, that's scare tactic politics. Not that you, a moderately intelligent person, needed that distinguished. I write that for the cave-dwelling lemmings.

Personally, I think they should take their act on the road. Forget Facebook and hit the club circuit. Sanders and Nye would kill at Yuk Yuk's Comedy Revue in Schenectady. Bernie Sanders would get heckled when he attacks job creators, and wind up hitting the heckler with a chair. It would be awesome.
