The pro-illegal immigration CATO Institute has a habit of presenting data that they mean to support illegal immigration. Yet outside of their Washington DC offices, it makes normal Americans proclaim that this, in fact, is what they voted for. Case in point: Thursday's congressional hearing about how dangerous the Democrat Party's open border policies have been for Fairfax County, Virginia.

David J. Bier is the Director of Immigration Studies for CATO. According to him, if America were to go through with deporting all illegal immigrants, it would be disastrous. For Fairfax County. Not so much America.

"One in five Fairfax residents is someone who could be deported or lives with them."

Yeah. And?

So what you're telling me is that there are so many illegals living in the Washington DC suburbs, in a county that if not for the Virginia Supreme Court would have been redrawn to get FIVE CONGRESSIONAL SEATS, that if Trump went through with his commonsense mass deportation reforms, the county would lose a fifth of its population?

Mind you, there is a reason this hearing was specifically about Fairfax County. In the past two months, democrat officials there attempted to cover up a 19-year-old high school student sexually assaulting NINE minors, who was given less than a year's sentence, and who Virginia's Democrat officials refused to notify ICE about.

This was on top of the illegal with FORTY PRIORS who murdered a woman at a bus stop, whom police warned Fairfax Attorney Steve Descano's office would murder someone if he was allowed out of jail again. And who, also, Democrats in Virginia wouldn't notify ICE about.

There are so many illegals living in the suburbs of Washington DC, in a state where the "moderate" democrat governors' first order of business was to declare Virginia a sanctuary STATE, that deporting them would cause the population to decline by 20%. It would also cause home prices for Americans struggling to raise families there to decline, making things easier for them, but that's a post for another time.

CATO makes the case for Donald Trump's common-sense mass deportation reforms better than the White House does. It's remarkable.
