New York Mayor Eric Adams has acknowledged that he believes biological reality is a thing, so much so that many on the left would likely label him an “extremist.” That’s because he dared to affirm what some see as a universal truth — that there are, in fact, two genders. For most people reading this, that’s hardly breaking news. To you, it may feel like just another Tuesday, but for Adams, that acknowledgement could be what determines whether he is reelected or not.

Adams said he did not align with Assemblymember Zohran Mamdani’s position on permitting transgender women to use women’s locker rooms during an appearance on The Breakfast Club. In a normal society, this should be such a non-issue that it would be bizarre to even have a stance on it, as if he were declaring agreement that people breathe oxygen. The only problem is that we don’t currently live in a normal society, as shown by the fact that half of the elected officials in this country have gone absolutely insane.

The craziest part? This isn’t even grounds for Mamdani to lose the election. In fact, it would be far from surprising if this is actually part of the reason he wins — that, along with his belief that money is fake and everything can be free. What’s even crazier, though, is that something even cavemen would have considered common sense has become a political debate in 2025.

While it’s somewhat refreshing that national policy is currently recognizing these factual statements, the real scandal is that this even needs to be done in the first place.

The left doesn’t seem to care about being factually correct, as long as they are ideologically and politically correct. The fact that they pretend to be the side fighting for women’s rights is an entirely separate scandal — one that should be totally condemned.
