According to President Donald Trump, the United States is losing hundreds of thousands of people to drugs. This is why he wouldn’t think twice about launching strikes in Mexico. In fact, he said he would be “proud” to do so.

You may think this is not possible, but according to POTUS, “We know the addresses of every drug lord. We know their front door. We know everything about them.” He is equating this to fighting a war, claiming, “They are killing our people.”

According to The Mirror:

"Would I launch strikes on Mexico to stop drugs? It's OK with me. Whatever we have to do to stop drugs. Mexico is...look I looked a Mexico City over the weekend. There's some big problems over there. If we had to would we do there what we've done to the waterways? You know there is almost no drugs coming through our waterways anymore. Isn't it down like 85%?" the president said.

He continued: "We have almost no drugs coming into our country by the sea. You know, the waterways. And you know why? Ok it's pretty obvious. Would I do that on the land corridors? Look, every boat we knock out, we save 25,000 American lives - not to mention the destruction of families. These families are decimated forever. The mother, the father, the children, they never recover from it.

Wasn’t it the left who demanded we shut down the world in order to “save one life”? By their standards, you would think they’d be okay with this. But for some reason, something tells me otherwise. I wonder why that is.

"Do I feel the same way about the corridors they use? We know every one of them. We have every one of those corridors under major surveillance.

I’m not here to tell you this is a good idea—that’s not for me to decide. What I will say is that for far too long, officials have turned a blind eye while cartels destroy hundreds of thousands of American lives, and it needed to end yesterday. Why lawmakers have allowed this to continue for so long is beyond reason. All I know is that in the pursuit of making America great once again, something has to be done. And again, I’m not here to tell you how—only that it’s long past due.

That being said, actions speak louder than words. Time will only tell if a thing or two is done about this. And we sure know the White House has had the resources to end this before it began. So, what do you think is the best course of action here?
