Everyone seems to hate Brie Larson these days. Personally, I think she's a perfectly adequate actress. Albeit one who can say some pretty obnoxious things (see A TSA Agent Hit on Actress Brie Larson. She Perverts it into OMG, WOMEN ARE IN DANGER! and Brie Larson: ‘I Don’t Want to Hear What a White Man Has to Say…’). Captain Marvel was a perfectly adequate movie. Though according to this petition, any virtue signaling Larson has done is for naught. I believe this is what the kids call "get woke, go broke."

We need Brie Larson to step down from her role to prove she is an ally of social justice and ensure a gay woman of color plays the role. Let Monica, the original female & BLACK Captain Marvel instead of white-washing characters for the benefit of the straight, white men running Disney.

She hasn't donated money to any charity other than The Motion Picture and Television Fund Foundation and it's time for her to show she is not all-talk.

Sorry, Brie. You may score marginalized points by being a Woman-American, but you are still outranked by Gay-Americans, Americans-of-Color, and Gay-Americans-of-Color. That means you must give them your job. Sorry, thems the rules. Fair is fair.

This is why it's never smart to play footsie with social justice warriors. They'll turn on you at a moments notice. Kind of like the Kree.
