Michael Ian Black: It's Cheaper to Abort Babies Than to Let Them Live
I've heard some bad excuses in favor of abortion before, but this one has to be the douchiest of them all. The comedian Michael Ian Black, if that's what you'd call him, thinks babies being born is a drag on the economy. So, it just makes more fiscal sense to Shop-Vac their tiny brains out and save ourselves from the hassle of taking care of them.
See for yourself:
Needless to say, quite a few people aren't all too crazy for Michael Ian's dickery. Nevertheless, he persisted. By making sure everyone knows this is not personal. It's strictly business.
Sure, babies are people and all, but they're just so darn expensive. Better to just dismember them in the womb and save ourselves a few bucks. Keep in mind, this is a member of the "compassionate" left speaking. You and I are a bunch of heartless turdlets for daring to think infanticide is not the bee's knees.
At first glance, you'd never assume this is an actual argument coming from an actual person in (insert current year here). Not a Third Reich douchenugget with a grudge against yarmulkes. Alas, this is the sort of thing which passes for leftist "thought" these days.
To a lefty like Michael Ian Black, people-folk are nothing but numbers on a spreadsheet. Cogs in a machine. Here to be milked for greenbacks then promptly disposed of as soon as we outlive our use. Not the most pleasant thought.
No matter how the left tries slicing it, nothing is going to sway us on baby-killing. Even if we could completely eliminate the deficit and the debt by de-braining infants. Murder is murder, no matter how much fiscal sense it might make.
