🚨 Mamdani’s Tenant Pick: “Use the Schools” and Tenant Associations as “Sites of Resistance”
Mamdani just appointed Cea Weaver to run the Mayor’s Office to Protect Tenants.

Let's take a moment to appreciate that the first villain/source of cheap content to come out of The Zohran's mayorship is a woke white woman. I can't think of anything more on brand. It's as if Crowder asked us to write a parody of a The Zohran official. Hot off of her latest hit of calling owning a home white supremacy, Housing Czar Cea Weaver wants to weaponize schools against ICE.
(No, "independent" "fact" "checkers," her job title isn't ackshually "Housing Czar." It's just shorter than writing out "Director of the City Office to Protect Tenants.")
Cea thinks schools and the PT-Fn-A are the city's first lines of defense against Trump's common-sense illegal immigration reforms, and wants NYC to be more like...Chicago.
We should really look to what Brandon Johnson and as well as the Chicago Teachers Union is doing to use schools in the city as sites of resistance against a federal incursion. If you're comfortable with your coalition you are not winning power if ICE or National Guard are coming into New York City ICE is already here The national guard is coming on January 1st which we know they are We have to use our tenant associations and parent teacher association in public school as networks of defense...
The streets are saying this clip is from October 2025, where she was yakking at some commie conference in one of the five boroughs (most likely Brooklyn). By the streets, I mean Stu Smith from the Manhattan Institute, who broke the news:

And I know what you're thinking, "Hey Brodigan, she can't be expected to be held responsible for the words that came out of her mouth three months ago. P.S. I get all my news from Jimmy Kimmel monologues."

Here's the thing with Cea. She has been around long enough that they tried confirming her to the City Planning Commission four years ago, but she was even too batsh*t crazy for other New York City Democrats. Let that one percolate.
4 years ago, her name was submitted for City Council confirmation to the City Planning Commission. Enough of us made clear we would not confirm her nomination and forced its withdrawal.
Guess it's easier to name a communist to a position that doesn't require confirmation. https://t.co/iaqDceAQCY

While people out in real America have been fighting to get politics out of schools, The Zohran and The Cea think schools aren't politicized enough. And that they should be the first line of defense against the federal government enforcing immigration laws. Also, "hey, let's model ourselves after Chicago." Because when I think of competent government and safety, Chiraq is the first city that comes to mind.
But hey, this is what NYC voted for. Or, if we're being precise, this is what less than 30% of 60% of NYC voted for. People who live in the city tend not to do things like "show up" and "vote." Then they complain about the smell of urine and narcotics in the streets, as they need to ask a cashier to unlock the Nerds Gummy Clusters.
Places like NYC and Chicago are a lost cause. The rest of us need to pay attention to make sure this doesn't wind up where we live and raise our families.
