MEDIA LIES: Karl Rove Does NOT Want To Repeal Second Amendment
There's a lot of buzz on the Internet that Karl Rove wants to repeal the second amendment. It stems from an interview on Fox News...
Now maybe there’s some magic law that will keep us from having more of these. I mean basically the only way to guarantee that we will dramatically reduce acts of violence involving guns is to basically remove guns from society, and until somebody gets enough “oomph” to repeal the Second Amendment, that’s not going to happen. I don't think it's an answer.
Okay. Firstly, I don't like Karl Rove. I never have. He's an untrustworthy politician and more importantly, he looks like a talking thumb. BUT, the only way you would think Karl Rove is actually calling for a repeal of the 2nd Amendment is if:
1. You are an idiot with no reading or listening comprehension skills, or you just believe whatever you see on Facebook about people you dislike without actually clicking the link.
2. You are a liar who runs a dishonest blog and are taking advantage of people... who believe whatever they see on Facebook about people they dislike without actually clicking the link.
What he said was true, the only way to completely do away with gun violence is to find a way to eliminate guns. That's not the same as advocating for doing so. What he's really doing is calling out the left's intellectual dishonesty because even though they dance around it, gun removal is their ultimate goal. But rather than saying so, they lie by claiming that any idea or stack of paper they sign into law is "common sense gun control."
We can all agree that most "common sense gun control" isn't really common sense at all... but how about "common sense" click bait titles? Can we do something about that?
