The transphobia is off the charts with this one!

Referencing a recent incident at a Gold’s Gym in Los Angeles, Joy Reid chimed in with her stance, which is, well… let’s just say not very inclusive.

Reid claimed she would be “freaked out” if she saw a man with male anatomy in the women’s locker room. While she acknowledges that some men identify as women, she also insists that the feelings of women are valid. To call that a bigoted statement would be an understatement.

According to the Daily Caller:

Los Angeles-based musician Tish Hyman posted a Nov. 2 video claiming her membership at Gold’s Gym Beverly Center was canceled after she called out a biological male for using the women’s locker room. Reid said on the podcast that she generally dislikes seeing nudity in locker rooms, but a naked biological man would be particularly distressing.

“I would be disturbed … I would be alarmed. I’m alarmed enough when I see a woman with her dangling boobies. If I saw a penis in the ladies’ locker room, I would freak out, too … This is nothing against trans anybody,” Reid said. “What it’s saying is if I turn around and I see a pee pee, a penis in front of me inside of the room, I would probably go to management and say, ‘Wait a minute. Why is there somebody — a naked man — in this room?'”

Haven’t conservatives been saying this for years? Has she been living under a rock? Oh wait—no, she hasn’t. She’s spent the latter part of her career mocking people for saying exactly that. Weird. Very, very weird.

“Because just the world we live in, just from a safety standpoint and just from a privacy standpoint … I can see why she would have gone and reported to management … now, if they clarified and they said, ‘Well, trans da da da,’ okay, but I think they should take her concerns also seriously,” she added. “Because if she’s uncomfortable, does she not have the right to be at least uncomfortable with the situation?”

Again, everyone and their grandma has been labeled a transphobe for saying exactly that.

You see, the problem with allowing men in the women’s locker room is that it opens the door for exploitation. You can’t easily discern who the “real” trans people are versus the fake ones. Any man can claim to feel a certain way and demand the “right” to use the women’s locker room.

In other words, these policies jeopardize the safety of women everywhere.

This makes me wonder—what does Joy think about men competing in women’s sports?

Hmm. Something isn’t adding up here. Sounds like Joy Reid is “walking into fascism.”

Why Reid is all of a sudden claiming to care about women’s safety is beyond reason. All I know is that when a liberal media host gets fired, they almost always backtrack on their radical views. Why do you think that is?
