Letitia James cries that the justice system she weaponized against Donald Trump is being weaponized against her now

The lack of self-awareness has got to be intentional at this point.
According to New York Attorney General Letitia James, she has become the victim of “a justice system which has been weaponized." And that's funny because I don't recall her ever having a problem about a weaponized justice system when she was the one weaponizing it.
James ran on the promise of going after Trump. So, it's astonishing that she is now out there claiming that the DOJ “has been used as a tool of revenge."
In 2018, Letitia James campaigned on suing President Trump "all the way to bankruptcy."
Today, she says the justice department is being "weaponized" against her.

"We should sue him. We should take him down all the way to bankruptcy. We should investigate his business interests. We should investigate his business holdings. We should investigate why he was once in debt and now in a position to purchase all this property," James said during her campaign.
Now, if that is not a promise to weaponize the justice system, it surely is not the case that the DOJ is going after her. Because last time I checked, you are innocent until proven guilty. And you are not supposed to go looking for a crime and investigate someone just because you disagree with them politically. But I am not a legal expert, so that what I say with a grain of salt. Nonetheless, James has a lot of nerve to cry about what is happening to her when she was literally elected to do just that.
Insanity. Pure insanity.
