Hamas Caucus led a rally on Friday demanding an Israeli ceasefire. To recap, Hamas attacked Israel where they raped, murdered, beheaded, mutilated, and kidnapped women and children. Hours after, before Israel had an opportunity to realize what was happening, people took to the streets to celebrate the attacks, and both progressives and the media (but I repeat myself) demanded Israel show restraint.

This has been led by the Hamas Caucus: Congresswomen Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib, and social media influencer Rep. AOC. Who farted while accusing Israel of ethnic cleansing.

Friday was Ilhan Omar's time to shine. She still has yet to unequivocally condemn Hamas without bothsidesing the issue, though was quick to accuse Israel of alleged child genocide. Spoiler: It was fake news.

A reporter asked the congresswoman if Israel should have a right to defend itself, and Ilhan went bananas: "How many more killings is enough for you? Is it 1,000 more, 2,000 more, 3,000 more? How many more Palestinians would make you happy if they die? Will you be fine if all of the people of Gaza are gone? Would that make you happy? Would that be the thing that makes you proud?"

So... no, you don't think Israel should be allowed to defend itself?

She has the sides confused. It's not mobs Jews and Gentiles taking to the streets celebrating celebrating death and torture. That's Ilhan Omar's side. Ilhan Omar's side is the one that has teenagers running through the halls of their school demanding the annihilation of Israel. They're the ones who think 3000 more deaths aren't enough.

The pro-Israel side of the argument isn't even calling for a proportional response.

Ilhan Omar won't denounce Hamas without claiming Israel is just as bad. She won't use her position as a Hamas-sympathizing member of Congress to demand they release all hostages. She won't even call for them to write "We will not attack the Jews again" a hundred times on the chalkboard.

But say the word Israel to her, and she won't calm down about it.
