“This is epic": MSNBC legal analyst declares Fani Willis's case against Trump is “game over”
Well, it looks like Fani has made a fanny out of herself as she cannot even keep her composure on the stand over the allegations of misappropriation of funds for her lavish vacations and meals with her married lover.
Not surprising since the phrase reads: Republicans hate it when you lie. But Democrats hate it when you tell the truth.
Do you think that’s why she is so upset?
In other words, it turns out that Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis may have broken the law during her pursuit to prosecute Trump for allegedly breaking the law.
MSNBC’s Legal analyst Caroline Polisi declared that new testimony contradicting Willis about her relationship with Nathan Wade makes the case “game over.”
According to The Daily Caller:
“A hearing is underway in Fulton County, Georgia, as to whether Willis should be disqualified from overseeing the case against Trump and his co-defendants after Willis allegedly gained financial benefits by appointing her alleged lover, Nathan Wade, to the case. During the hearing, a key witness testified that Willis and Wade’s relationship actually began in 2019 and not 2022, as court documents state.
Polisi called the revelation “monumental.”
Don’t let the legalese fool you. This is epic,” Polisi said. “This is monumental. If things are going in the direction we think, Fani Willis lied to the court, it’s game over for her. She will be disqualified. If they had a relationship prior to when they represented to the court, it’s a huge deal. I can’t overstate it.”
Polisi told Mediaite that if Willis is disqualified, then her entire office will be as well, “which means the case will have to be re-assigned and languish with the PAC of Georgia, effectively killing the case.”
“Her credibility is completely shot,” Polisi told Mediaite.”
If the allegations are true, then that means she enriched herself with the cash she gave to her married lover in one of the most high-profile cases in American history against one of the most famous people in the world.
She should be more than disqualified, she deserves to be disbarred, at the very least. But we all know the chances of that are slim to none.
And for the record, I am much more qualified to serve as special prosecutor than Wade is and I am not even an attorney.
Imagine going through the most important case of your career and ruining it. What a mess she made.
