Yesterday, New York City Mayor Bill De Blasio did what all politicians with even moderate social media followings are supposed to do. He virtue signaled on Veteran's Day. I call it a virtue signal only because De Blasio is an ass who, in my opinion, probably doesn't have much respect for anything other than himself. An opinion likely shared by New Yorkers who booed De Blasio as he cluttered their streets during a Veteran's Parade.

This lady quoted in the NY Post has restored my faith in humanity:

“He is a moron and doesn’t represent the heart of New York. He is a poor excuse of a leader and a man. He should step down and allow someone with integrity and honor to lead the city,” said Lesser, a Huntington resident.

Admittedly I'm not a New Yorker, but I do understand hating liberal toewarts intent on dragging a good city into the pits of hell. It's just we rarely hear about how De Blasio is so clearly despised by many residents of his city. We're all supposed to believe Donald Trump is the real problem. We're supposed to believe people like Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez are heroes, loved and adored by all who stare into their beatific faces. When reality is far from it.

This is the same Mayor De Blasio who criticized Amazon for canceling its plans to build a new headquarters in New York, when really the one to blame was the aforementioned bobblehead, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.
