In New York City, American citizens don’t really have this thing called “rights” in the way foreign nationals do. In NYC, Americans are actually considered second-class citizens. Because only in the Big Apple would someone be punished for defending themselves against a drunk migrant.

An Amazon driver said he had to defend himself against an alleged drunk and NAKED migrant trying to attack him and steal packages. And he defended himself with a snowball. It’s not like it was anything that could have hurt the guy (not that that matters). And because of the use of this loosely held ice crystal as a form of protection, the driver was arrested because you don’t have the “right to self-defense” over there.

According to The New York Post:

The migrant, identified by police sources as Yeison Sanchez, 26, was allegedly stumbling drunk and clutching a beer bottle when the Amazon driver said he caught him red-handed trying to make off with packages he was delivering in Clinton Hill around 4:45 p.m. on Sunday.

“I was unloading my stuff, and a guy – he was like a pervert, he had his penis out,” the driver, who asked that he only be identified as Abu, told The Post on Monday.

It was not reported if the drunk foreign national got trashed on the taxpayer's dime but I guess when something is blatantly obvious it does not have to be reported.

“He’s in the corner of the street j–king off and I told him, ‘Hey, what are you doing?’” Abu added. “And he went into my van where all my mail and everything was at, and I pushed him away, and he ran towards me like he was going to aggressively hit me.”

Abu said he picked up a piece of ice from the ground and chucked it at the rowdy flasher.
“So what I did was I looked towards the floor and I saw a big snow pile,” he said. “I picked up a piece and I socked him with it and he went down on his butt.”

Sanchez – who lives at a shelter just blocks away from the scene on Hall Street – was charged with petit larceny and public lewdness, cops and sources said.

Abu, who left the would-be thief with swelling and bruising on his face, was charged with third-degree assault and released on a desk appearance ticket, police said.

It’s unclear what the police wanted the Amazon driver to do in this situation or if it would have been better if he just let the pervert attack him. It’s also unclear what the police would have done had a drunk and naked migrant tried to attack them or their daughter. But it is clear that in New York City you cannot defend yourself against foreign nationals. But promoting lawlessness and criminalizing law-abiding citizens is what happens when you are in a progressive-run area. So I guess we should not be surprised by any of this. Nonetheless, it is still infuriating.

And don’t be surprised if we find out this man later lost his job. Because we all know that the possibility of that happening is very high. And let’s also hope that the cops are not surprised if they end up getting charged if they have to one day defend themselves against a drunk, naked, perverted migrant. Because they should know that’s now how things go down over there.

If you are an American citizen who makes an honest living and pay your taxes, don’t expect to be treated like you deserve protection from foreign invaders or anything like that. Don’t think that just because you are working hard and delivering people's packages in the snow the police are there to protect you. That’s not how the law works. Well, at least that’s not how the law works in New York.
