When activist judges rule on who can or cannot be deported, despite never being elected to determine that, while the current POTUS undoubtedly was, you end up with “a country where the American people keep on electing immigration enforcement, and the courts tell the American people they’re not allowed to have what they voted for.”

JD Vance discussed the conflict the American people have run into after many judges have self-appointed themselves as the de facto immigration authority for this country.

Truer words have never been spoken.

What is the point of elections if a judge can override the will of the people? That is something the left can never explain, but they couldn't care less, as they do everything in their power to make sure no human is illegal.

According to CNN:

Vice President JD Vance called Chief Justice John Roberts’ comments earlier this month that the judiciary’s role is to check the executive branch a “profoundly wrong sentiment” and said the courts should be “deferential” to the president, particularly when it comes to immigration.

“I thought that was a profoundly wrong sentiment. That’s one half of his job, the other half of his job is to check the excesses of his own branch. And you cannot have a country where the American people keep on electing immigration enforcement and the courts tell the American people they’re not allowed to have what they voted for,” Vance told New York Times opinion columnist Ross Douthat on the “Interesting Times” podcast, which was taped on Monday.

While Vance said he believes the administration has “an obligation to treat people humanely,” he also said it’s an “open question” how much due process is “due” to undocumented immigrants.

“I’ve obviously expressed public frustration on this, which is yes, illegal immigrants, by virtue of being in the United States, are entitled to some due process,” Vance said. “But the amount of process that is due and how you enforce those legislative standards and how you actually bring them to bear is, I think, very much an open question.”

The most absurd thing about the efforts to stop the federal government from enforcing immigration laws is that these people never had a right to be here in the first place. And the fact that leftist politicians take an oath to represent the American people, despite proving they never intended to commit to that, is a slap in the face to the citizens of this great nation.

The American people have proved time and time again how much they despise illegal immigration, and the sooner the left realizes that, the better off everyone will be. However, in the political pursuit of progressive ruin, leftists couldn't care less. Thus, we are currently faced with a judicial system that believes it knows better than voters. And that is something that will never be morally correct, despite their dedication to being politically correct.
