It’s a good year to be Nick Foles. On the verge of retirement last year, he found himself as starting quarterback of the Eagles. Football experts claimed the Eagles couldn’t win without Carson Wentz. Leftists whined because he wasn’t Colin Kaepernick (see Queen Bey Tries Making Kaepernick Cool Again. Fails… and GQ Picks Colin Kaepernick for 2017 Citizen of the Year. And It’s Hilarious.). Yet, here’s Foles as the Super Bowl MVP from the Super Bowl Champion Philadelphia Eagles.
All praise be to God, which the QB expressed to Tony Dungy.
Congratulations to the Eagles. Nick Foles told me last week that he felt the Lord had him in Philadelphia for a special moment and he played like it tonight. pic.twitter.com/BgYvucnK6Q

Normally I wouldn’t sweat an anti-Christian troll with 65 Twitter followers. But Dungy decided he wasn’t going to turn the other cheek this time.
NBC pays me to express my opinion. And it was my opinion that Nick Foles would play well because his Christian faith would allow him to to play with confidence. And that he’s a good QB. I think I was right on both counts. https://t.co/4HOfXt78UZ

I hate saying “suck it” while we’re discussing God, but I’m sure He would understand in this case.
I’d be curious to know how many of these people having a coronary over Jesus talk were defending Jemele Hill (see ESPN Corespondent Suspended After Continued Political Tweets). Interesting double standard.
Congratulations to to Nick Foles and the Philadelphia Eagles!
