Kevin Reddington Now Claims There Is No Evidence Lindsay Clancy Did What We All Know She Did (Including Him)

As you recall, the defense never denied that Lindsay Clancy did what she did. In fact, she has admitted to it several times, including in at least one lawsuit against medical providers. Her lawyer has publicly admitted to her actions. This is why it is bizarre and, quite frankly, asinine for Kevin Reddington to all of a sudden claim there is no evidence of what she did, despite his past contradictory remarks.

Not only did she admit it, but she never denied it. Her ex-husband has also confirmed the allegations that were never allegations until five minutes ago. The prosecution also affirmed Clancy’s admission. So, how can her lawyer suddenly claim there is no evidence when there is tons of evidence?
Even if she never admitted to doing what she did, there is an argument to be made that she still did it. The fact that she sent her husband on errands and did what she did one by one in the most brutal way already tells you all you need to know. For someone to claim there is no evidence, there really is no evidence to support there being no evidence.
Per NBC:
And in a new approach that seemed contrary to the defense’s strategy in the trial, Reddington then argued that there is no proof Clancy killed her children, and that the commonwealth did not provide evidence she did so.
Prosecutors, in response, called that allegation “laughable.”
“And now, for the first time, the defendant is arguing that there’s no evidence that she did this,” Assistant District Attorney Shanan Buckingham said. “I’d suggest to you that the entire record is voluminous as to the information supporting the fact that she did this.”
To claim that there is evidence she did it would actually be an understatement. What is even going on here? Seems like Reddington might need to be checked for postpartum psychosis, or are we no longer going with that defense? Can anyone make it make sense?
