A convicted pedophile has set up a tent near a San Francisco Catholic school and public library, with signs offering “free fentanyl” for new users and “meth for stolen items.”

According to ABC 7, he has been doing this for 2 years and SFPD Captain Chris Canning said he “was told he is in compliance with all the components of what his sex registration are."

Joseph Adam Moore was imprisoned and found guilty of forcible unlawful sex in 1997 and committed lewd acts with a child under 14 in 1996, according to records obtained by the San Francisco Standard.

He was imprisoned for six years after he molested a 12-year-old girl, and was accused of raping a 15-year-old girl just a month after getting out of the slammer.

According to the outlet, Moore has also been arrested five times since 2007, for failing to notify authorities of his address because he is a sex offender.

He now lives on Ninth Avenue near the Stella Maris Academy and the Richmond District library where he camps out with hand-written signs that he wrote saying “Meth for stolen items” and “free fentanyl 4 new users.”

When a reporter from the Standard asked about the signs, Moore said he had put them up a couple of days earlier and that he had not been receiving too much of a positive response.

"People have threatened my life,” Moore said. “They've driven by, told me to take the signs down, and [asked] what am I doing in front of a school and a bunch of stuff.”

A San Francisco police spokesperson told the outlet that they could not find any incident reports for Moore’s campsite and there was no arrest record for him within the last three months.

According to the outlet, his most recent arrest in May accused him of committing an unknown felony while on bail.

When the reporter asked if he was serious about the signs, he said, “Yeah, this is actually happening,” Moore said, as he chuckled. “But only because I'm tired. I'm tired. If you guys want to flush the whole world down the toilet, if you guys want to ignore people like me, it’s at your own peril. I mean, I'm a savant. You can't f*cking fake that.”

According to ABC 7, because he is not considered a “high-risk offender” he does not have to stay away from schools.

I don't understand how all sex offenders are not considered "high-risk," but it's California, and they live by their own set of rules.

The convicted pedophile claims he is "innocent" and that he pleaded guilty due to bad advice from a public offender.

From an outside perspective, you would think this is some massive troll operation. Did anyone actually see his ID? He could be using a fake name. If you watch the video, this man comes off as too well-spoken to believe he is who he says he is.

All it takes is maybe 30 minutes of checking public records for someone to come up with this plan. This could be some sick way to bring attention to how insane SF officials truly are.

Then again, he does resemble the mugshot and police seem to confirm the aforementioned concerns.

Either way, the convinced pedo technically admitted he was trolling local officials.

“If you guys want to flush the whole world down the toilet…..it’s at your own peril.”

He really said that. And he's not wrong.

This may be some sick and twisted joke, or it may not be. But that said, it is truly abhorrent that SF officials could care less. This is what they force children to live with through their “compassionate” approach that a hug will solve everything.

We used to have insane asylums for people like Moore. But now, they presumably have some “right” to go and attempt to corrupt some of the most vulnerable members of society.

Progressives are so convinced that people like Moore are victims for some reason. Yet, this man is actively trying to harm children. Not only that, he has been convicted of committing some of the worst crimes imaginable. But officials claim there is nothing to see over there. That it's lawful for him to camp out like that near children. What a joke.

SF Mayor London Breed in March requested federal assistance because "the scale of the problem is beyond our local capacity. We need additional and ongoing support from the Department of Justice to arrest and prosecute drug dealers…”

What is the point of throwing more money at a problem that is arguably enabled by the very leadership that pretends to care?

Officers already said their hands are tied. If nothing can allegedly be done, then they should get no assistance.

But for some odd reason, it appears the more money SF throws to “solve” the problem, the worse it gets.

I wonder why that is.

All that said, it is sick and evil that authorities are doing nothing about a convicted child molester offering free drugs in front of children.

But you cannot have a clown show without tents. Which is why he is camping out in SF. Although, a more appropriate name would be Circus City. Since it's run by a bunch of clowns.
