Remember the man whose 175-year-old farm was being seized for affordable housing? The Trump Admin is coming to his defense

Here in America, we’ve got this thing called “private property rights.” The government isn’t supposed to just take your land to fix some made-up problem. But in this weird, almost communist push to make affordable housing a “human right” — even though the government has no real power to control that — a farm in New Jersey is still fighting to hold onto what’s theirs against a completely baseless eminent domain grab.
A New Jersey Farm is fighting to hold onto its property because “Cranbury must build 265 affordable housing units over the next decade.”
This is why Secretary of Agriculture Brooke Rollins has promised to do what she can to end that.
For the side to claim to be all in it for the little guy, they truly do everything in their power to kill family-owned businesses.
What does the government even mean when they say this will create affordable housing? Because every time a city makes that claim, things somehow end up ten times more expensive. On top of that, they’re destroying one of the last mom-and-pop farms in the area, which only helps the big corporations take over. And the fact that the left pretends to hate the rich while claiming to fight for affordable housing? It’s a slap in the face to the intelligence of Americans everywhere.
Just think about it: this New Jersey town wants to destroy a small, family-run farm to make room for a big developer. That’s not standing up for the little guy—that’s paving the way for massive corporations to get even bigger, while pushing mom-and-pop businesses closer to extinction. You truly cannot make that level of hypocrisy up.
That being said, we can only hope now that Rollins actually does a thing or two about what she claims she will do.
