Drama is overtaking pop music this week, so of course, super popular social media influencer Rep. AOC wants to make sure we all know what a jerk Ed Sheeran is for siding with his fans and the people who work for him over a virtue-signaling douche like Macklemore. And TMZ just happened to be there as she was leaving her side hustle as a member of Congress.

Can we prove it's staged? No.

Do we have eyeballs? Yes.

Here's what happened, and I apologize ahead of time if a lot of this reads like "Curtins for Zoosha."

Ed Sheeran is a popular pop star on a stadium tour. For reasons unknown, he selected Macklemore as one of his support acts.

Macklemore is a virtue-signalling douche who has a history of making antisemitic comments, what with him having a childish, naive worldview that breaks everyone into "oppressed" and "oppressor."

He's also a 9/11 truther. And his music sucks.

Macklemore thinks there is a genocide going on in Gaza because he doesn't know what words mean. He turned his New Jersey performance into a political rant, siding with an organization that's pro-Hamas as they terrorize Jewish students attempting to go to class.

Robert Kraft, owner of the New England Patriots, has made it his mission to Stand Up To Jewish Hate. When Macklemore sided with people who Stan Jewish Hate, Kraft and the other stadium owners said that if Macklemore was scheduled, there wouldn't be a concert allowed.

So the promoter bounced Macklemore from the concert, deciding it was more important for the hundred or so crew members to be able to support their families.

In fairness, it may have been a tactical error. All it does is give Macklemore more attention. Worst of all, it reminds people he exists.

Ed Sheeran issued a statement in which he expressed his desire to, out of respect for his fans and the hard-earned money they spend to come to his concerts to escape for a few hours, keep his political opinions to himself.

There is a reason I do not use my professional platform for politics – my audience includes young people, often children, of all backgrounds. Those who come to my shows do not expect a political forum. I respect Macklemore’s strength of purpose to stand up and shout for what he believes. However, there is room for multiple approaches to the same end: peace. I choose to use my fame and platform to be a place of safety and sanctuary, to maintain diplomacy and keep conversations open, not closed. If we only focus on shouting the loudest, nothing will ever change. There are different approaches to being an advocate for change.

The other opening acts - K-Smog and Batboy - decided they were going to side with Macklemore, and dropped off the tour too. I think it had to do with how much money Robert Kraft has. It's wrong for a billionaire to have an opinion, but it's totally okay for a multimillionaire to have an opinion. But only if a multimillionaire has the "right" opinion.

And that's why TMZ just so happened to catch Rep. AOC walking down a stairwell with no one else around.
