You know it's bad when the media shills for a democrat candidate, but gets so embarrassed by it that they then have to confront said democrat. That's what happened when NBC News attempted to cover up Abdul El-Sayed's (alleged) ties to the Muslim Brotherhood. As it turns out, he DOES (allegedly) have ties to the pro-terrorist organization. Leaving NBC News with baba ganoush all over their faces.
The story begins with El-Sayed, the Democrat Senate candidate in Michigan, being interviewed on Meet the Press by Kristen Welker. You remember Kristen, right?
Left: NBC's Kristen Welker interviewing President TrumpRight: Welker interviewing violent Muslim extremist Hasan Piker's best friendNotice any difference? https://t.co/pxkTvxs68p

The interview went something like this.
WELKER: So, like, do you have any ties to the Muslim Brotherhood?
EL-SAYED: Nah.
WELKER: 'Nuff said.
A more cynical mind would say that the campaign probably asked her to ask him this question and she said, "Sure, I have no self-respect." However, we here at the Louder with Crowder Dot Com website do not have a cynical mind and only make claims we can validate.
NBC: “Can you set the record straight about whether you or your family have any ties to the Muslim Brotherhood?” Abdul El-Sayed: “No.” https://t.co/hFDy6nLi5g

The problem is, as we find out from our favorite rousers of rabble at the Washington Free Beacon (true story - I was the first person to ever buy WFB merch), El-Sayed forgot about all the times his family admitted to their ties to the Muslim Brotherhood.
It's a lengthy thread.
A year later, she said, “I don’t support the #MB, but I have had family jailed for being a part of it,” and, “Praying for all my family that supports the #MB in Egypt. Lie low, stay safe.” https://t.co/W4WhsjV0yf

NBC News, who I guess didn't know what everyone else seemed to know, had to follow up with El-Sayed and confront him over making them look bad.
El-Sayed was not amused.
Temper temper.

The question remains if the voters of Michigan outside of Dearborn are amused. The streets are saying no, and in what is being advertised as a "wave" election for Democrats, the GOP could pick up this seat thanks to strong candidate Rep. Mike Rogers.
It's anyone's guess. My advice for all of us on the right is to spend the next few weeks as if ALL of our candidates are two points down with only five points up for grabs.
