Let’s cut to the chase: the left is jazzed Justice Antonin Scalia is dead. Not because they hated him so much, which they did, but because they have been and continue to be incredibly threatened by him and what he represented. Mainly the integrity of the constitution. The mice (or in this case, shrieking harpies) have discovered the cat is gone for good. So naturally, they’re celebrating.
Observe this Jezebel journalist’s desperate attempt at blabbing something significant:
“He has children and grandchildren and Ruth Bader Ginsburg to mourn him; let’s not do that here,” she insisted. “Because Scalia, while brilliant, was also a titanic, sweeping, one-man disaster for LGBT rights, racial justice, abortion access, and general human decency.”
Um, did anyone miss the little irony there? This woman bitches about Scalia lacking human decency for not supporting her “right” to kill babies or marry someone of the same sex, then says let’s not mourn that jackass here. Sounds decent enough. Also, limiting someone’s access to the easy slaughter of their children is decent. Nay, it’s more than decent. On the flip side, wanting easier access to kill your unborn baby at all stages? The opposite of decent. It’s downright evil and I’m not walking that back.
Reminder, these are the people who threaten to kill you if you get their preferred pronouns wrong. Which you likely deserve, you hatful bastard. Now these titans of decency are lecturing the world about Scalia’s inhumanity. Keep that in the back of your mind while reading the rest of this post.
Feminists in particular loathe men like Antonin Scalia because they represent “values” that jeopardize the core of their delicate belief system (read Feminists Now Claim Air Conditioning is Sexist).
“At the very least, for American women, Scalia’s death means the basic right to abortion is safe for now,” wrote Filipovic for Cosmopolitan.
See, baby-killing. Easier access to baby-killing. Removing any and all hindrances to killing of the babies. Well yes, thank heavens. The poor, persecuted mothers of America are finally free to murder their babies in peace now that one judge who opposed it is dead.
Sadly, these abhorent women with uteruses they’d like to keep perpetually empty with government-funded birth control and abortion, illustrate a key point. Roe v. Wade was a SCOTUS decision from 1973. It was not an issue which was voted upon by the people of the United States. It was foisted onto the public via the court. Abortion-advocates know there’s a thin thread which is holding their precious baby-killing access together. Justice Scalia was a conservative, yes, but he also opposed abortion. With his death, a vacancy opens up. These pro-abortion monsters hope his place will be taken by a like-minded cretin who will allow unlimited abortion access, even partial birth abortions.
THAT is why Supreme Court appointments matter. It’s why choosing our next president matters. Leftists will always tell us who or what they fear most. In this case, a conservative with basic decency. Let’s make sure going into Election 2016 we elect a leader who holds our American values to life…
