Have you ever watched a movie or television show and think, "Wow, they wouldn't be able to make that today." I even see moments on recent TV shows like Friends or Frasier and have those thoughts. Remember when jokes used to be made about being gay? Or crossdressing? Uh huh.

Here are our top five films that would NEVER make it to pre-production due to political correctness:

It's a mark of our times, isn't it? We mock college students as often as we can. Which isn't a challenge so much as it's a race to keep pace with the stupid (read College Professor Perfectly Explains Why 'Generation Snowflake' is so Wimpy). But film mirrors our culture. In this case, our cultural wimpfest.

TRIGGER WARNINGS

We've fallen into deep crevices of triggering over-sensitivity. Filmmakers of our time do not delve into the nastiness of Islam. We're no longer allowed to mock affirmative action policies, college campus shenanigans, or a man dressing as a woman having male parts.

We're talking about entertainment here. Look it how politically correct everything has become. Leftists call it "progress." I don't.
