The #DemDebate was like the Woodstock of Pandering. Mixed with the Burning Man of Bullshit. With a little bit of Fyre Festival thrown in, just because, what a s***show. These are the people who are trying to beat Trump. People like Julian Castro. I think he's the former mayor of San Antonio. Honestly, it doesn't really matter.

Castro was in the middle of a pander on abortion justice. You see, Democrats are caught in a neverending struggle to out-extreme the other (see The UK’s NHS is Forcing an Abortion on a Disabled Woman. Against Her Will! and Feminist Admits the Act of Abortion is Killing, Supports it Anyway). They're all winning. Then Castro was like, "Hey, let's get intersectional up in this business."

I don't believe only in reproductive freedom. I believe in reproductive justice. What that means is that just because a woman—or let's also not forget someone in the trans community, a trans female—is poor, doesn't mean they shouldn't exercise that right to choose. So I would absolutely would cover the right to have an abortion.

"Trans female" is a man. A dude. He who cannot ask for directions. He who pees standing up. He who may, or may not, have his own pet name for the member betwixt his hairy man legs. He who hasn't a uterus no matter how badly he claims to be a woman. He will never have a uterus and he, I suspect, never wanted one. Uteruses are, on the whole, rather a pain in the abdomen. They do, however, house those little embryos which grow into fetuses which then detach themselves to go sliding through the birth canal in ways not like a slip and slide, but like a shoving square peg through a straw.

Abortion is the forced removal of that embryo or fetus to prevent it from sliding out of the birth canal and living a normal human life. Murder. But only women, who have uteruses, get abortions. Men, who have penises, do not have any means of getting pregnant ever.

Meaning Castro is, at best, a silly person. At worst, incapable of cogent thoughts.

Conventional wisdom dictates that all Democrats have to do is not sound insane. A sane Democrat could probably peel off some support from the middle of the road voters. Instead, it's warp speed to batsh!t crazyville, as if their radical extreme base are the only people in the country who vote. Survey polling says: fat chance dummies.
