If you're a smart person, you probably understand the same kinds of people who helm the DMV and the Post Office shouldn't be in charge of your healthcare. But not everyone is smart. Some people just want free crap because they're lazy sacks of caca. They're the kind of people demanding you pay for their healthcare. But as Dan Crenshaw points out in the video below, the quality of that healthcare is going to be just as crappy as the government lackeys who insist on running it into the ground. Especially for people with "pre-existing conditions."

We've talked about this. There are legitimate roles of a government. But taking care of your health isn't one of them. I don't care who demands it and how loudly they want it. You're responsible for you. Furthermore, once the government starts writing arbitrary rules for how a business should handle itself, that business can no longer make the right decisions for itself. In this case, a hospital will have to cut costs for the arbitrary reasons government sets. As Crenshaw notes, fewer doctors and nurses will be hired. New equipment can't be purchased. In general, general healthcare will go down in order for it to be "free" to the moronic twits who demanded it be free. I really do hate those mooching sucks.

Better still is people picking and choosing what they want with their own money, getting insurance out of this entire debacle. But that's a conversation for another time. As a general rule, the more the government is involved in that which it shouldn't be, the worse it'll be for you. Remember that the next time the Post Office loses your package, or when you have to wait in a two hour line at DMV to have your photo taken by a shitty webcam.
