It took him only 90 seconds and a walk through the halls of Congress to lay out why the Democrats' new attempt at gun control is a giant turd burrito.

He followed up with this:

Dems just voted down a very reasonable amendment to #HR8, which would have excluded TSA Pre Check members from the Universal Background Check requirement. They voted against it because they have no interest in honest conversations about gun control.

It's not about gun control. It's about Democrats pretending they're doing something. While raising money from dunking on the NRA. If we really want to get serious about background checks, start with why the current background checks aren't being enforced. Show me the government employees who have been held responsible when their mistakes led to someone who shouldn't have a gun having a gun.

But that would require leftists being intellectually honest about guns. Which will never happen.
