The Democrat Party is full of border deniers, people like Beto O'Rourke. Ignoring problems on the border (see Dan Crenshaw Goes on Ride-Along With Border Patrol Agents and Rep. Dan Crenshaw has THREE CHOICES for Democrats on Border Control) because they want illegal immigrants to vote for them. Which they can't do. Yet. At least not legally.

Here comes 2020 presidential candidate (maybe, kinda, sorta, almost) Beto O'Rourke to raise the stakes. Beto doesn't just oppose the border wall. He's going to tear down the border wall that is already there.

Here's how this plays out in my fantasy. Providing Beto runs for president. Which isn't part of my fantasy as much as it's basically a reality.

Picture it, there's a debate stage with eleventy-five candidates all trying to pander to the Democrat's extremist base. Trump's border wall is a guaranteed topic. Along with the candidates opinions on spray tans.

Because Beto raised the stakes by saying he'll take down the existing wall, the rest of the candidates are on the spot. Are they brave enough to take down the El Paso wall? Who will take it one step further and say they'll take down any barrier protecting the border? Who'll raise the stakes even more and insist anyone with a fence, barbed wire or picket, is a harbinger of hate?

Then let's tell everyone the Democrats AREN'T for open borders. See how well that plays out for Trump.
