Brock Blaszczyk is a Canadian veteran who lost his leg in Afghanistan. He had the opportunity to ask Justin “I Feel Pretty” Trudeau about the way Canadian veterans are currently being treated.
Back in 2015, you made a promise and I’ll quote it here: “No veteran will be forced to fight their government for the support and compensation they have earned.” Yet you are still currently in a legal battle with veterans regarding equal support and compensation to their peers. You have ISIS members coming in to a reintegration program. You did a backdoor deal with Omar Khadr with not even stepping into a courtroom.
For those of you playing along at home, see Canada Gives $10M and Apology to… a Terrorist?! and WATCH: Justin Trudeau Wants ISIS Reintegrated into Society for the back story. Yeah, it’s ugly.
I was prepared to be killed in action. What I wasn’t prepared for, Mr. Prime Minister, is Canada turning it’s back on me.
Prime Minister Hair Goop’s response:
Why are we still fighting against certain veterans’ groups in court? Because they are asking for more than we are able to give right now…
So there’s not enough resources for them. That tends to happen in countries which embrace socialist policies (see Canadian Man FORCED to Leave Canada… Because His Son Has Down Syndrome?! and LOL! Sore Loser Leftists Try Moving to Canada. Get Rejected For Being Deadbeats…). Canada can’t afford to spend its resources on veterans when it wants to throw money at refugees and terrorists all willy nilly. This vet will just have to suck it up and find funds for his artificial leg elsewhere.
