Uncensored @RenerGracie Addresses Self-Defense Myths
It's that time of the week! Time for the podcast! This week we have loads of great guests.
Rener Gracie, fourth-degree black belt in Gracie Jiu-Jitsu, head instructor at the Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Academy, co-creator of Gracie University and one of Ronda Rousey's trainers, was on the show today, discussing all things self-defense and debunking a bunch of stupid self-defense myths. Gracie also gave more insight about the American saving the French butts from a terrorist, who had an AK-47 and 9 magazines of ammo: spoiler alert, jiu-jitsu was involved in the terrorist takedown.

Some highlights:

"In a real fight, there is no tap out. Your opponent has to be neutralized."
Also, Gracie advises police to use their weapons. Like, in a fight.
