Tucker Carlson Shreds Anti-Gun Moron Over 'Assault Weapons'
Assault weapons. Just saying those two words sends leftists to their nearest safe space. Granted, leftists don't actually know anything about assault weapons (see Rand Paul Embarrasses ‘The View’ Morons on ‘Scary Assault Weapons’). Also, they're on the wrong side of history (see NYTimes Poll: Majority of Americans Oppose “Assault Weapons Ban” For First Time). Still, putting the word "assault" in front of "weapon" makes it seem scarier. Ergo saying "assault weapon" earns you feel points and raises more "awareness" and stuff.
Joshua Horowitz from the Coalition to Stop Gun Violence (not to be confused with my Coalition for More Tacos) tried to scare Tucker Carlson.
And, well...lol at that guy. Yes, the video is there. Push play. I know, I know, the screen capture might not be there. The video is. Just press play. Just CLICK IT.
TUCKER CARLSON: Of the 762 murders that were committed in Chicago, how many were committed with assault rifles?
JOSHUA HOROWITZ: Well, I don’t know if that’s actually from my website--”
CARLSON: It is actually, I have it right here.
HOROWITZ: Let me explain to you about assault weapons. Assault weapons make killing more lethal...
More lethal? And assault weapon kills you deader then a hand gun? Or repeated stab wounds? Or bashing your skull in with a frying band ECW style?
CARLSON: OK, so Chicago, there’s 762 murders last year. How many were committed with so-called assault weapons? You run a gun control website. What’s the answer?
HOROWITZ: I don’t know.
A super anti-gun hack not knowing facts about guns he's super against?
This segment with Tucker Carlson proves once again that what anti-gun peanut brains care about most is actually taking away guns... for no actual reason. They say they're for "public safety" and they want to "save lives" but when presented with data which suggests less guns=less safe? They grab shovels and dig deep holes for which to insert their teeny, tiny craniums. But not before trying to take your guns as they continue to cite erroneous "facts."
Mostly anti-gun twits like this ninny are worried about are scary things that go boom. Read also Reporter Caught Blatantly Lying about AR-15. Turns Out He's a Wimp. Also as Tucker rightly points out, there are more guns in America than people. If legal citizens owning boom-boom sticks were a problem, we'd know.
Criminals are going to continue being criminals. No matter what. All these anti-gun pantywaists are just opposed to you having a powerful weapon. Especially if it has a pistol grip, a detachable magazine and it's black. Just saying.
Funny, but "I don't know" is the most coherent gun complaint we've heard from the left in a while.
