Are you getting pretty tired of hearing that Donald Trump only won because of “white supremacy”? So is Tucker Carlson. So when Jennifer Rubin tried to play that card, he took her to task…
“No, you’re claiming that they’re immoral, you’re saying they’re racist… Why would you write something like that – in a newspaper – without having any fact to back it up unless you somehow have access to the inner thoughts of Trump voters, why would you imagine you know their motives?”
Seriously, Rubin seems to be smart enough. Has she not been watching the show (see Tucker Carlson SLAYS Vox.com Writer Over ‘Fake News’ and Muslim Blames Terrorism on ‘Islamophobia.’ Tucker Carlson Destroys Her…)? The usual talking points don’t work here. Which makes me think that hers isn’t an intellectual problem, but merely a “blind spot” as is so common to many elites. They’ve been surrounded by so many agreeing voices, that they haven’t been forced to sharpen their intellectual sword. Some like Jen Rubin genuinely thinks that there is such an overwheeeelming number of people who think just like her, that she needn’t do her due diligence when it comes to convincing.
Well, she just ran into a brick wall. She’d do well to learn from Professor Jordan Peterson below.
