Success! Trump Administration Kills Obama-Era Carbon Restrictions...
We're creeping up on the end of Trump's first year behind the Resolute Desk. It's a year that's had its ups and downs. But, one thing that's been an absolute delight? Watching the Donald take an axe to Obama's legacy.
Well, strap yourself in for more good news on that front. Because the Trump Administration just announced it's trashing the carbon restrictions Barry put in place.

Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Administrator Scott Pruitt announced he would sign a proposed rule to repeal the centerpiece of former President Barack Obama’s plan to fight global warming.
Pruitt announced his intention to withdraw the Clean Power Plan (CPP) to applause from a crowd gathered at a mining event on Monday. EPA has been working to repeal the CPP for months.
The Obama administration finalized the CPP in 2015, which aims to cut carbon dioxide emissions from power plants 32 percent below 2005 levels by 2030. Obama used the CPP as part of his plant to meet the goals of the Paris climate accord.
So gentlemen, start your gas-guzzling engines...
"Cut carbon dioxide emissions from power plants." That's leftistspeak for forcibly running the coal industry out of business. So, that way they can replace our uber-efficient coal plants with solar panels and giant pinwheels that take up twice as much space and yield half as much power.
Keep in mind, all of this is done in the name of
global warming global cooling climate change. Leftists claim manmade climate change is settled science. They forget to mention the buttload of other studies that say otherwise. But, none of that is going to hinder leftists on their crusade to rid the world of viable energy sources.
It's the dawn of a new era, peeps. An era where we don't cripple our economy in the name of a crisis that may not even be a thing. Obama passed those regulations to appease the frogs in Paris who want to dictate our day-to-day business. Trump, on the other hand, thinks we can take care of ourselves just fine.
