With the 2020 election cycle in full swing, Trump and his challengers are hitting the road to make a case for themselves. During his latest rally, the Donald told a delightful knee-slapper to playfully rattle the lefties. He jokingly claimed he'll serve at least five terms.

President Trump joked at a campaign rally on Monday that he could serve as many as five terms in the White House. "Now we're going to have a second time," Trump said in Montoursville, Pa., recounting the details of his surprise election victory in 2016.

"And then we'll drive them crazy. Ready? And maybe if we really like it a lot and if things keep going like they're going, we'll go and we'll do what we have to do. We'll do a three and a four and a five. We're going to have another one, and it's going to be great," the president clarified as the crowd cheered him on.

Make no mistake, this was a dig at the crazed lefty douchelords who claim Trumpy is a tyrannical ninnymuggins. No, the Orange Man is not actually going to serve five terms. Though, it wouldn't surprise me at all if some on the left take this remark seriously.

Never mind the Donald is clearly joking, and doing a fine job of it. I can imagine the headlines from lefties now. "Evil Tyrant Trump Declares Himself Permanent Ruler, Will Serve at Least Five Terms."

The left is seemingly unable to accept the notion of people liking our tangerine-hued commander-in-chief. Jokes like this are one of many reasons why Trump is beloved by his fans. Though, I imagine lefties are too busy right now writing their columns about this latest "constitutional crisis" to notice.
