Angry liberals are up in arms again. It's as surprising as another unnecessary Spiderman remake, I know. We've come to expect these kinds of things (see Leftist Protestors Block Betsy DeVos From Visiting DC Public School. Because Of Course...). What sparked today's leftist raging hellfire? Trump's executive order caused authorities to crack down on illegal immigrants. Apparently lots of officers are now enforcing the law. Monsters.

Authorities arrested hundreds of undocumented migrants in the first large-scale enforcement of Trump's executive order to take action against [illegals]. Raids took place this week in and around New York, Los Angeles, North Carolina, South Carolina, Atlanta and Chicago, immigration officials confirmed - with more than a third of those detained in the Los Angeles area being deported to Mexico.

Officers found undocumented migrants from a dozen Latin American countries and some of those detained had convictions for murder and domestic violence.

Officials said the raids targeted known criminals but reports from immigrant rights groups claim that law-abiding citizens were also targeted in a departure from Obama-era crackdowns...

Pause. Quick refresher here: there's no such thing as a law-abiding illegal alien. Hence the "illegal" part.

Rather than being accurate and intellectually honest on this issue, the left uses this sort of sneaky language to appeal to the FEELS.

Naturally, liberal activists responded by doing what they do best... Standing around doing nothing. But they're doing so in the streets while yelling, so it counts as a protest. Extra social justice points!

Immigrant rights groups have protests planned in response to the raids in New York and Los Angeles - both cities with large numbers of illegal immigrants.

Immigration advocates and supporters gathered to protest ICE's reported actions. Demonstrators closed Aliso Street [downtown LA] to through traffic near the Alvarado Street intersection for about two hours chanting "No hate, no fear, immigrants are welcome here."

Firstly, kudos to the Trump admin for following through on its promises. They've been quite productive these past few weeks. Not playing rounds of golf, but rounding up rule-breaking aliens. I can get used to this. Regardless of how proactive and helpful these changes have been, the left is trigger happy when it comes to this sort of thing. That thing being the rule of law. Mostly because leftists are smitten with obstructing traffic (see Columbus Day Protesters Block Traffic, Threaten Driver. Get RUN OVER!). It's Darwinian.

This perfectly displays one of the major differences between liberals and conservatives. Leftist street fairies want to jump in front of cars and hurt people when they don't get their way. In case you haven't noticed, they aren't big on safety. Or national security. Rather than attempt to understand the importance of legal immigration, activists choose to throw civility (and often pesky blouses) to the wind as they jaywalk for justice.

Of course, when they're not mildly obstructing streets they're breaking things or smashing faces (see Tolerance? Liberal 'Protesters' Assault Trump Supporter in Portland Airport...). It's partly why it's hard to take the left seriously. Well, that and this...
