Trump Campaign BLASTS Unsourced, Unsubstantiated Russian 'Intelligence' Report...
You have no idea how hard it is for us not to make pee jokes this morning.
So, by now you've probably read that Trump was presented with an unsubstantiated report about just how far Russia's involvement in the 2016 election crawled. Except so far there is no evidence any of it is true... naturally BuzzFeed ran the report, just because they're BuzzFeed.
KellyAnne Conway denied all the allegations to Seth Meyers.
“He has said that he is not aware of that,” Conway said. She also pointed out that “nobody has sourced” the report, slamming the report for using “unspoken sources in the story.”Further, she blamed Hillary Clinton, stating that the story indicated groups that wanted her to win “may have been behind the investigations themselves” and that the FBI is trying to confirm it. The incoming presidential counselor added that she was concerned about intelligence officials leaking to the press.
Look, we don't have code word clearance ourselves. Lord only knows what is true and what's the perverted pipedream of intolerant flying Hillary she-monkeys. There's a chance this is just a 4Chan prank. But picture if you will that Louder with Crowder wrote the following:
A dossier, compiled by a person who has claimed to be a former British intelligence official, alleges Barack Obama was born in Kenya. The allegations are unverified, and the report contains errors.
We'd be blasted as "fake news. Mostly because something isn't news unless it has more to base upon other than just rumor and speculation. That statement alone is news to most on the left, sure. So are words like "integrity" but let's not get bogged down in the details. We saw this Russian "report" breaking the news yesterday but since there was nary a verified detail, didn't run it. And still today no one knows if the report is true or as real as the burps of angels.
So why are we even here? Look, not to sound paranoid or anything, but the Democrats have been itching to delegitimize Trump since he dethroned Madam Cankles. Celebrities petitioned the Electoral College to vote for anyone but Trump. Electors were intimidated. Trump hasn't even been sworn in and already Democrats are calling for his impeachment. So pardon me if I'm skeptical about yet another possible attempt to remove Donald Trump from the presidential equation.
If you spend weeks crying wolf, why should I believe anyone when they cry "Russian wolf with and unsubstantiated report"? Even the Obama Administration has been going through the motions to make it appear as if the Russians hacked the election.
Looking at you, BuzzFeed...
