Few people think the Schumer-Pelosi response to Donald Trump's address to the nation was anything less than disastrous. Even before it was announced Pelosi and Schumer were doing it, people cringed. That's how bad those two are. Why not let a fresh face like Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez take the reins? Okay, maybe not her. But someone other than two escapees from the nursing home, hitting up Denny's for tapioca pudding.

Sadly, the only people the response didn't make uncomfortable was Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi. Because they were busy giving it. Then the two leaders sat down to watch their performance.
