Wait for the facts, y'all. Or at least don't fabricate them as it appears TMZ might have done when it initially reported 'Empire' actor Jussie Smollett was attacked by racists in MAGA hats. From TMZ:

The 2 men -- both white and wearing ski masks -- viciously attacked Jussie as he fought back, but they beat him badly and fractured a rib. They put a rope around his neck, poured bleach on him and as they left they yelled, "This is MAGA country."

But according to Daily Beast, a left-leaning site, the Chicago Police Department said there've been no reports of what the attackers looked like or said, they were wearing masks.

A Chicago Police spokesperson told The Daily Beast that the attackers’ genders are unknown, and that their faces and hands had been covered. TMZ reported that the attackers shouted “This is MAGA country,” but police told the Beast, “There is no report of that being said.”

So pardon us if we're a teensy bit skeptical. Also, maybe I missed the memo from Whiteness Weekly, but who walks around Chicago, whose residents are currently more concerned about dying of frostbite, with bleach and rope? Did I miss something? Is there a Racism Kit for sale at Shaper Image including MAGA hats, rope, bleach and my very own copy of Mein Kampf?
