TEXAS: Illegals Protest Sanctuary Cities Bill. Lawmaker Calls ICE, Gets Threatened...
Contrary to what you may have heard, Bryce Harper vs. Hunter Strickland was not the only big fight this weekend. There was also the Battle of the Texas Lawmaker vs. leftist dingus. Rep. Ramon Romero (D-Fort Worth) attacked Rep. Matt Rinaldi (R-Irving) during a debate on the sanctuary cities bill. Let's put an "allegedly" on that for the legal beagles.
But it gets better. Rinaldi called ICE on the illegal immigrants protesting the sanctuary cities bill.
Several local reporters on the scene in Austin bring word that shoving broke out among lawmakers on Monday afternoon after Texas Republican Rep. Matt Rinaldi told a group of Latino lawmakers that he called ICE on the protesters, who were on hand to protest the passage of SB4, an anti-sanctuary cities bill that will go into effect in September.
Pro-tip to people who want to report others for false crimes: be aware there's a smart phone in every nook and cranny of humanity. You will be caught in a lie, you will be exposed for that lie.
Here's Mat Rinaldi's response:
There is some dispute over who threatened whose life first. That happens during fisticuffs. Sometimes the limb is a bit wobbly and will not support heft when one ventures too far onto it. Which is a long way of saying in a battle of two egos, it's hard to say who was the bigger douchelord. Egos aside, we want to know who told the other who's momma was fat first. That'll determine who was justified in throwing the first dirty look, leading to unwanted touching. Even if that touching wasn't in these people's dark places.
The left seems to be focusing on the "calling ICE" part of it, so let me leave you with this second pro-tip:
If you don't want to get deported, don't advertise yourself being here illegally. Especially where people are discussing deportation (see Illegal Immigrants Have STOPPED Taking Food Stamps. For Fear of Deportation and DREAMer Protests Trump’s Immigration Enforcement. Gets Arrested). Because in today's current political environment, where BUILD THE WALL is emblazoned on T-shirts, people like us and many in America will cheer when ICE comes to take the illegals away. We've wanted to see it these past eight or more years. If you're going to flagrantly abuse American law, act not surprised when Americans witness execution of the law. Basics.
Also, calling ICE on illegal protesters is just gold. No, it's not mean. GOLD.
