Ted Cruz Says CNN's Threats Against Gif-Maker Maybe Illegal
The CNN saga continues with the third book in the trilogy, "A Crime Exposed: Ted Cruz Spanks CNN." This one is my favorite (see Trump Tweets Hilarious Video. CNN Cries “Help, We’re Under Attack!” and CNN Threatens to “Dox” Anonymous Trump/WWE GIF Creator. Americans’ Backlash Begins…). With CNN chasing the guy who dared defy their airwaves domination, Sen. Ted Cruz says their threats may be illegal. This is edge-of-your-tweet kind of content.
According to Senator Ted Cruz, CNN’s threats to dox the Reddit user who created the Trump wrestling CNN video could be a violation of Georgia law.
CNN discovered the identity of the Reddit user who made the video and essentially threatened to reveal his identity if he continued to post unsavory content.
The GA Code explains that someone could be guilty of “Theft by extortion” if they threaten to “disseminate any information tending to subject any person to hatred, contempt, or ridicule or to impair his credit or business repute.”

So not only could CNN burn with the viewers (what little they have left) but it's possible they broke the law while trying to intimidate (allegdly) a gif-maker into silence. For which they might burn.
Kudos to Ted Cruz for going all legal beagle on CNN's chapped posterior. It's one thing for us to dance around a fire mocking CNN for all the garbage they are. It's another for an actual attorney, serving in the Senate, to throw the book at their smug, blackmailing faces.
CNN is the reason people distrust media. CNN flitters about targeting private citizens over an animated gif. While virtually ignoring Hillary Clinton's email scandal, or any other scandal besmirching their precious Democrats. Pardon me if I'm not torn up over CNN's flaming demise. Legal or otherwise.
Here is even more Ted Cruz awesome for your viewing delight.
