Supreme Court Sides with Trump on 'Travel Ban' Effective Immediately

Nichole Cooper
December 05, 2017

Traveling freely on a whimsical urge can be quite romantic. The thrill of adventure. Turban blowing in the breeze... after being blown from its former head. A journal of hope... of the annihilation of the U.S. Tucked safely in a terrorist's bomb vest. Travel can be "romantic" for a jihadist.

But not so romantic for Americans who want to stay on the sunny side of the ground. Head firmly ensconced above their neck and shoulders, knees and toes (knees and toes).

All this to say the Supreme Court upheld President Trump's September travel restrictions:

The U.S. Supreme Court Monday allowed the latest iteration of President Donald Trump’s travel ban to take full effect for the time being, as lower courts continue to wrestle with lawsuits fighting the ban.

The order permits the administration to enforce the president’s September proclamation, which suspends entry of foreign nationals from seven nations, including Chad, Iran, Libya, North Korea, Syria, Venezuela, and Yemen.

Justices Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Sonia Sotomayor noted their dissent from the Court’s decision.

Hmm... methinks I've seen that type of list before. That's right, some of those are on the list of "diversity visa" countries. The visa allowing the Manhattan terrorist to plow through cyclists with a rented truck.

FYI, there's nothing wrong with vetting people who are coming into the country. Think of it this way, when someone knocks on your locked door, or rings your doorbell, you typically check their identity before allowing them entry. If you don't know who they are, you tend to keep them outside your home. For the personal security of your home, belongings, and safety of your body. This applies to bodies of all shapes, sizes, and level of pride.

So too should the United States vet people ringing on our country's bell.

The left believes America should be a kind of shelter for all needy people everywhere. Failing to acknowledge our country is actually home to actual Americans. Of all shapes, sizes, and gender spectrums. Yes, I used "actual" twice there. Not a typo. Reiterating the point for emphasis, your honor.

In case you forgot why our Americans want tighter vetting, here's a rundown of stabby Muslims who waddled onto a plane and across the deep blue.
