Republican Senator Receives Death Threat Over Kavanaugh Support
The lefty tantrums in reaction to Kavanaugh's confirmation are still in full swing. Most are content to make screeching noises and tweeting about blue waves. Though, some lefties are getting pretty extreme with their resistance. Namely, by sending a death threat to a Republican senator and his family.
In the wake of his vote to confirm Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh on Saturday, Republican Sen. Cory Gardner, R-Colo., revealed to Fox News on Sunday that his wife had received a graphic text message with a video depicting a beheading, and that someone has publicly posted the names and addresses of his family members.
Gardner announced his support for Kavanaugh in July, and reaffirmed it after reviewing the supplemental FBI report into uncorroborated sexual misconduct allegations against him.
Late last month, Gardner received a letter from an anonymous individual apparently in Denver, alleging that Kavanaugh had "shoved" someone up against a wall "very aggressively and sexually" during an outing in 1998 in front of four witnesses. The allegation was later deemed not to be credible.
"Those Republicans have absolutely no respect for humanity, and that is why this Senator needs to die."
It seems as though the "tolerant" left can't take a loss without resorting to threats of pulling a 1-8-7 on their enemies. Let's say you're an elector in a state that went in for Trump. "You had better be 'with her' or I'll set you on fire." Or maybe you're against net neutrality, "I'm gonna send you and your family on a first class trip to the Great Beyond."
Right now, the left is about as peaceful as Hitler after a viewing of Fiddler on the Roof. You might claim this case is only anecdotal, but there's a clear pattern at play here. Hopefully, the left will sort out their looniness before a threat like this turns into a capital offense.
Speaking of threats:
