San Francisco land use commissioner Alex Ludlum, the creator of the "doom loop" walking tour, resigned in a letter to Democratic Mayor London Breed blasting the progressive city’s “deplorable” conditions and “rampant criminality.”
"I regret that my attempt to bring attention to the deplorable street conditions & rampant criminality in my neighborhood has been misconstrued as a mockery of suffering individuals," Ludlum wrote in a letter that was shared by the San Francisco Chronicle. "Satire is a poor way to address the grave issues we face as a city," he added.

Ludlum, a member of the progressive city’s Commission on Community Investment and Infrastructure, initially advertised the since-scrapped $30 tour anonymously. The tour promised locals an experience of San Francisco as “the model of urban decay” with a tour of the “open-air drug markets” and vacant office spaces.
“The unchecked drug dealing is plainly the root of our current problems. … All of downtown will suffer until the markets are closed,” he wrote.
Only progressives can take an amazing and beautiful city like San Francisco and destroy it into some dystopian zombie apocalypse. By justifying harmful behaviors, progressives erode the foundational values that are able to sustain cities.
City officials not only condone detergent behavior that historically would have been abhorrent, but they actively encourage and incentivize it!
And then we have the wonderful California Governor Gavin Newsom - who actually blames the court system for destroying the state.
“The reason for the homeless crisis is Gavin Newsom. His policies enable drug dealing, addiction, and death on the streets. Instead of taking responsibility, he constantly blames others,” Michael Shellenberger, the author of San Fransicko, said.
If you thought city officials had enough going on with their self-imposed zombie apocalypse, think again.
The city is more focused on reparations, which would potentially provide payments of $5 million to every eligible Black adult. Because paying people who have never been slaves for slavery makes a lot more sense than focusing on the former.
These reparations would include the elimination of personal debt and tax burdens, annual incomes of at least $97,000 for over 200 years, and homes in San Francisco for just $1 a family.
Paying people insane amounts of money for over two centuries, which is even longer than the time this country had slavery, makes a whole lot of sense!
