We always hear Democrats lecture us about helping the poor by paying our fair share (see TOP 5 Tax Cheats Who Want HIGHER Taxes… On You). Because how dare you earn more than a leftist thinks you should. Well this is awkward: a new report recently revealed the richest members of congress - all multimillionaires. Take a peek at who ranks highest among them:

Seven of the ten richest members of Congress are Democrats while only three are Republicans, according to a recently published analysis done by the Center for Responsive Politics.

The analysis was based on the financial disclosure forms that members of both the House and Senate filed in 2016 and cover their assets and liabilities through 2015.

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi ranked No. 7 with an estimated wealth of $100,643,521--and was also one of only seven members of Congress whose estimated wealth exceeded $100 million.

Yep, the majority consist of Democrats. As in the same people who think making money is a crime you should eagerly repent for by giving all your money away. Actually taken away. By the IRS or else. There are plenty of poor people who could use a measly parcel of Nancy Pelosi's hundred million dollars, but I've yet to see her shovel that money away to the "greater good." Interesting.

One can only imagine how difficult it must be for leftists to see people suffering while they trot about their million dollar palaces, quibbling with other politicians. Their hearts really go out to the poor. Their taxes? Not so much. That's what the middle class is for, silly.

As an aside what does it say about our political system if Nancy Pelosi, queen stretch of the botox, can be a hundred millionaire? What is she doing that we aren't? Why can't she spread a little wealth around like she spreads her skin lotion?
