WATCH: 'Red Pill' Filmmaker Cassie Jaye Explains Why She is No Longer a Feminist
If you aren't yet familiar with Cassie Jaye, you'll want to scurry on down to the video below and give it a play. But first a little context. She's a filmmaker who created "The Red Pill" movie, which has many feminist panties in a twist. While activists give themselves a coronary labeling Cassie as anti-woman, the former feminist herself has come forward to explain what "The Red Pill" is actually about. Also, why she no longer associates with the community of hostile heifers. Of course, she uses nicer words than I.
I believe if we want to honestly discuss gender equality, we need to invite all voices to the table. Yet this is not what is happening. Men's groups are continually vilified, falsely referred to as hate groups, and their voices are systematically silenced. Do I think either movement has all the answers? No. Men's rights activists are not without flaws. And neither are feminists. But if one group is being silenced, that's a problem for all of us.
A point. She has one. Feminists have long been silencing those they feel disagrees with them. Even fellow feminists! See Red-Pilled Laci Green Asks 'Are There Only TWO Genders?' Tolerant Feminists ATTACK!
Just take a gander at what happened to Cassie herself when she released "The Red Pill." Feminists swarmed and attacked. Maybe because they feel threatened by a fair voice seeking the truth. Or mayhaps they simply don't recognize pretty women sans obesity and pit hair as being pro-lady. Thine attractiveness is an affront on feminist eyes!
Kudos to Cassie Jaye for venturing into the belly of the beast here. Takes brass ones.
