There's all kinds of protests going on these days. Mostly topless ones (see PETA Morons Protest Animal Cruelty By... Going Topless?!). Turns out protests and stupidity tend to go together like Michelle Obama's eyebrows and sharpie. So it's hardly surprising to see moronic prison protests making waves on the activist scene. Prison rallies across the nation are being staged by ogreish numpties. What they want? More "rights" for inmates...

A growing national movement of prisoners staged work stoppages or hunger strikes this fall to protest dismal wages, abusive guards, overcrowding and poor healthcare, among other grievances.

Prisoners' rights activists say the coordinated effort is one of the largest prison protests in modern history, drawing in at least 20,000 inmates in at least 24 prisons in 23 states.

"This is slavery," said Bonner, who is 51 and serving a life sentence for murder. The last job paid $2 a day - enough to buy a bar of soap at the commissary or make a short phone call. "We're forced to work these jobs and we barely get anything."

By the way, some of these inmates? Made people dead. As in murdered them. The victims of their crimes probably wish they could make more money too... But they can't because, you know, dead. Murdered by the people who now demand more prison goodies.

Of course, there are some sitting in a cell for neglecting to pay taxes, which is a big, steaming pile of suck. Still preventable though. A good way to avoid dealing with garbage prison life? Don't break the law. For some that's asking a lot, I know... Which is why we have prisons - for people who can't function in society without being dangerous and super crimey.

Priorities.

Prison protests aren't exactly a new thing, but leftists have given these toads a platform from which to spout their turdage. The rest of us non-SJWs? We have more important things to focus on. Ensuring murderers have comfy pillows and spending cash is not one of them. Round up the prisoners and toss them back into the diarrhea dungeon. Less time consuming.

Seems like inmates are simply part of the left's ever growing victim class (see Obama's DOJ Demands We Stop Calling Calling Convicts 'Criminals'... Because Feelings?!). Speaking of which, leftist compassion applies to murderers and rapists, but innocent babies on the other hand? Not so much...
